SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY

A security deposit of £500 will be taken from you as hosts of a wedding or event held at Hafod Farm. Part or all of the security deposit may be forfeit if:

If guests are discovered consuming their own alcohol or there is reasonable suspicion that guests have been consuming their own alcohol (for example bottles not available from our bar in a guest’s possession, guests entering/leaving cottages or tents with alcoholic beverages, guests loitering around car boots). In such cases, where practical, a responsible member of the wedding/event party (or their substitute) will be informed of the incident and where possible those associated with it. The charge shall be in the absolute determination of Hafod Farm, but typically a charge of £50.00 will be made for a standard bottle of spirit (or part thereof), £20.00 for a bottle of wine (or part thereof) and £10 for a small bottle of beer/cider (or part thereof). In cases of excessive abuse of our Consumption of Alcohol Policy, a further charge at the complete discretion of Hafod Farm may be made.

If any damage occurs anywhere at our venue during your stay at Hafod, we will endeavour to discuss with any guests involved prior to them checking out of our site. However, if damage occurs that cannot be attributed to a particular guest, we reserve the right to charge commensurate to the total amount required to make good any such damage.
