PET POLICY
At Hafod Farm we love animals! However, we do have some policies that apply if you plan to bring your pet to our venue. These are in place to protect your pets and our guests, staff and venue.
We welcome all well-mannered dogs. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any dog that displays dangerous or unacceptable behaviour, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking) or evidence of disease.
All dogs must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by the guest at all times. Our farm is surrounded by fields occupied by sheep and cows. If any dogs are left to run loose and enter these fields and either attack or chase the farm animals, the farmer has a right to shoot that dog. Dogs MUST therefore be kept on a lead at all times when in all communal areas of our venue (including our campsite grounds).
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs on our grounds and properly disposing of the waste in the outside bins (located at the entrance to our venue).
Dogs are permitted to stay in our cottages but are NOT permitted in our glamping tents.
Dogs left unattended in our cottages must be secured in a proper pet crate or carrier.
Dogs are strictly not allowed on any beds, sofas or other soft furnishings.
Please make sure you bring your own food bowls, water bowls and any other items needed for your pet during your stay. Please do not use our crockery or kitchen equipment.
We may ask you to confirm the number and breed of pets upon booking. Limitations may apply. For a comfortable stay for you and your pet, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed per cottage.
All pets’ vaccinations must be complete and up-to-date. Verification may be required.
Guests are responsible for all property damage, including and not limited to personal injuries resulting from the actions of their pet. We reserve the right to charge commensurate to the cost of any damages in line with our Damage and Breakages Policy here.
